What inspires me?...you know, it could be anything. I might hear a phrase, or look at a particular place or object and suddenly I'll have a scene in my head and my mind will just begin to build a story or an idea for a story as the day goes on. I've never really been one of those writers that write my ideas down when they come to me, because the really good ideas tend to stick with you anyway and can bounce around your head, sometimes for months. The bad ideas will be forgotten within an hour or two. It's a great way to sort the wheat from the Chaff in the early stages.
