A lot more science books than I'd normally like. My teen daughter and I are doing a literature rich Biology course. I've been surprised by how much I've enjoyed the books--even the more technical ones like Parasite Rex and I Contain Multitudes.

Most of the time, whenever I'm doing anything--dishes, laundry, walking to the post office--I'm thinking of some kind of imaginary something. A lot of those story worlds are just meant to be fun for me, but when I'm brushing my teeth and getting ready for bed, I usually start trying to figure out what's going to happen next in the book I'm writing.

I'm furiously trying to get the rough draft of the third Lily Sparrow book, The Sherwood Proof, done. I'm also editing a book I wrote a decade ago about Ben Franklin's childhood. It's called Finally Free. Hopefully, it will be out later in 2017.
