The book is based on our acclaimed workshop "cultivating winning relationships" and more than a decade of work with leaders around the world. Participants were asking "Where can I get more information?" and "When is the book coming out?"

I formed what I called my "book advisory board" 6 people who would review each chapter, give me feedback, and then take part in a conference call to discuss the book, what they liked, disliked, what was missing etc. It was a powerful process that helped keep me moving forward and added great color and discussion into the final book.
