L. Nahay Can't say I've ever had it. If I come to a point that I'm stuck and don't know how to proceed, I don't force it. I don't stress. I let it sit, take care of other responsibilities, and think it out.
L. Nahay The things I see, the things I hear. And then getting them all down so others can experience them. Being surprised at how a story unfolds, what my characters do and become. Many times, I feel like I'm only the medium, not the origin.
L. Nahay Keep writing. Keep living. It's easy to do the first and forget the last, but your writing grows as much as you do. If you experience nothing, if you discover nothing new, your words won't have soul.
L. Nahay The sequel to Red Moonglow on Snow. This one is my favorite :)
L. Nahay I am COMPELLED to write. Inspiration is everywhere.
L. Nahay Sitting in the auditorium, bored, in high school! I hashed it out as a short story submission for a Creative Writing project, and just kept working on it through college, dating, marriage, stepkids, foster kids, biological kids, divorce, and all the life that happened in between. It grew up with me, and helped shape my perceptions.
