Julian Walker People kept telling me how exciting my travels in The Cape Crusaders were and that they too would like to go off the beaten track.
When I explained that they could, invariably they refined their sentiment to saying that what they really meant was that they would like to read more about my travels off the beaten track - so I am obliging them.

I am lucky in that I think of an idea for a book pretty much every week and so I have to focus on my day job and each project (one at a time).

I walk away and do something different for a while to come back refreshed and sometimes with a different perspective.
Luckily (or unluckily) I have a full time job outside writing, so my time away from a project can be very different, which helps.
