T. Pascal There is no such thing as writer's block. Just like there is no "exerciser's block" or "worker's block". You do. Or do not. There is not block.
T. Pascal The best part of being a writer for me is getting the first paperback proof copy from the printers with my name and picture on it. That feeling is incredible and never fades with each book.
T. Pascal My advice for aspiring authors is two-fold: first, read; second, write. Pretty easy once you get the hang of it. :P
T. Pascal My next (third) novel is a literary fiction piece about a child growing up and imagining he is a dolphin.
T. Pascal I pick a certain topic or idea and then I start to collect fragments of story to hang around it. I use everything around me: conversations I overhear, people or things I observe around me, and things I see or watch on television.
T. Pascal I was riding the bus with a friend who came up with the idea of writing a novel about the quantum effects from a double-slit experiment. We came up with the idea of writing a story about how this would affect the world.
