Remember that every rejection will bring you one person closer to an acceptance. Although there is nothing wrong with self-publishing, I made the decision to wait. It took me over five hundred contacts before signing with an agent, and probably one hundred more before my first book was published. Please do not give up.

By getting up and walking around the room! Sometimes I even sort laundry, but please do not share this little tidbit! I have enough of my own to sort. Fortunately I do not have writer's block very often. What I need is more time to write, as the ideas are filling my mind. Hopefully I will not run out of room.
