Hi Mina, thanks so much. Really glad you enjoyed it. I do have plans to include characters from previous books in future books. I love it when authors do that. You've no idea how many people have asked for a James story. I think he must be the most popular character - along with Zoe. :)
I'd love to write at least novellas about other characters but I've so many other stories bashing around in my head they might have to wait their turn.

Hi Mel. Thanks for getting in touch. I'm so glad you like #Forfeit - and I hope you like the ending. I do. :) My second novel is coming along nicely, thank you. I'm hoping to launch it in Feb 2015 - if not before. It was called Distraction, but I've had to change it as there are too many books called the same on Amazon.

Gosh, from anywhere and nowhere. It can be a song, or a photo, something from TV. #Forfeit came along after I'd had a dream about this couple. I knew she'd be called Daisy and he'd be Xander, but I didn't know what to do with them.
A few days later, I was watching the Antiques Roadshow and they had this antique gambling ball on there. The expert explained that in Victorian times, people would make a list of forfeits, you'd roll the ball and do that numbered dare. And ping! There was the plot for Daisy and Xander.
