Welcome Cole
The Diego Vega Project. This is a first person story told by a man who is classically mad, mad like in the old thirties and forties horror movies, like "It's a-liiiive!" kind of mad. The opening line of this story reads "The first time I saw Diego, I knew he'd come to kill me." The lead character hallucinates his way through the story while slowly peeling away the layers toward the solution of an old murder mystery.

Being a god. I get to create my own worlds, even my own universes. I create living, breathing souls and take full control of their lives and fates. I get to live in a dozen different dimensions, while coming and going as I wish. It's a fantastic life.

Honestly, and hoping to avoid sounding trite, I've never experienced it. In fact, it's quite the contrary; I have a backlog of projects that I have outlined and crave finishing. Hopefully this admission won't jinx me.
