G. Eldon Smith Two Miles High and Six Feet Under is a sequel to Murder in the Rockies. Two miles high because the setting is in Leadville, Colorado a town that is situated at a little above 10,000 feet of elevation - two miles above sea level. The time is 1896, the year the citizens of the town built a gigantic building almost entirely of ice. Strange accidents keep happening and it is up to Andrew Coyle Esq. to find out if murder is involved.
G. Eldon Smith It evolved from writing a Western to a courtroom drama to a mystery. In my research I found 1893 was an important year in Colorado history, many things took place that year. That was my springboard into a world that I learned to love.
