As of now, I plan for six books in the Exit Series. That being said, I won't rule out the possibility of returning to it in the future!

One of the best things about being a writer is that I have all the excitement and opportunity of learning any career or skill that I want to, without the stress of actually having to do it! How many other careers give you the chance to live out anything in your imagination for a short time like writing? Law, medicine, nuclear science...whatever I want to learn about, I can live it for the time I write about it.

I've found that writer's block is usually a direct result of the story or characters ending up in a place that makes no sense with the flow or plot. If I find that I'm struggling to find words or simply cannot get anything done, I go back and re-read what I have from the beginning. Reading it through from the start usually highlights where I started to veer off-course and allows me to look at it from a different angle. At that point, the words start flowing again.

I am currently writing book 4 of The Exit Series, and preparing for the release of book 3, Next Exit, Dead Ahead, in September!
