Hey Andreia!
I took a break as I have a lot going on in my other businesses. However, I just finished a horror collection under the name Cyn Nightly (my first book since TMWY). I can't write at the pace that I used to as frankly, my other work pays the bills far more efficiently. So I am writing again, but I am not sure how often/quickly books will be getting out.

Hi Dy,
I took a break for a bit as I had some major personal changes such as 2 cross country moves within the past 3 years and starting a business with my husband. However, DEBT became an audiobook and was released in two languages in the meantime.
Currently, I am easing back into writing though I don't have a release date for the next book and working on converting some of my backlist to audio.

That is very kind of you to say and a tough question. So much of dialogue is about reflecting off of the other character(s). So both are important and equally fun to write. I will say the villains probably have the better lines, though. ;)

Hi!
Sorry for the late response. I don't have any plans for Strapped sequels. If you haven't tried DEBT, I would say those characters share some similarities, but much darker.

(view spoiler)[Hi Heather,
Glad to hear you loved the book!
I liked the mental visuals of the 70s. Also the 70s and early 80s were a big time for serial killers. Ted Bundy, Jeffrey Dahmer, The Night Stalker, and more (some who have never been identified). I think the timing was perfect as police began to understand the phenomenon better and forensics were slightly better than decades before. However, DNA hadn't been discovered yet, there were no cell phones, etc. So this made tracking down killers much more challenging than it is today, meaning they could kill for longer before being caught, if at all. I also used the case that scares me the most, The Original Night Stalker AKA Golden State Killer, as a template for Sam's style. He was active in the late 70s. (hide spoiler)]

There are some graphic and difficult to read scenes in certain books, but it's not horror and does not focus on torture.

Thanks for the love! I am working on a standalone and another book in the DEBT universe. However, I don't have any release dates set.

Hi Crizzy!
I just approved the paperback to be added to Amazon, so it should be showing in a few days. I also plan on selling signed copies, but I am not sure when as I am busy with some events coming up. My newsletter is the best way to stay in the loop. You can sign up at ninagjones.com <3

Hi, I don't have any immediate plans for an audiobook.
