Write first thing in the morning, after that first sip of coffee. It doesn't have to be long -- even 15 or 20 minutes. Then you'll have gotten started and you can continue to grab 20 minutes here and there throughout the day. Before you know it you'll write 2 hours a day, even with a full time job.
