Cynthia P. O'Neill I would love to travel to a book world where there was only peace, happiness, everyone worked together to help one another out, etc. And of course a beach and a pool.
Cynthia P. O'Neill I dreamed I ran out of coffee and the store shelves were completely sold out. There was no coffee anywhere. (At least this is my horror story. Can you tell I like coffee?)
Cynthia P. O'Neill Great question, but I don't really make a list in advance. I usually have some go to authors that I look to see if they're coming out with anything new and keep those dates in mind. But mainly I just read throughout the course of the year, not just summer. When I'm writing, I'm a voracious reader, wanting to read anything along the same lines of the style of book I'm writing, just to keep me in that type of mindset.

I often see ads for free books or discounted books on Facebook and BookBub. I start the first book and, if I like it, I go on to read the other books in that series or see what else the author has written. Plus, I look at Amazon to suggest what other people have purchased after getting that particular book.
Cynthia P. O'Neill Sorry, I'm just seeing this question now. There's not a lot of mystery in my life. I'm pretty much an open book...the one mystery I did have, became the Learning Series. Different scenario than the actual character, but a threatening guy that creates a lack of trust in men..., which ultimately became Learning to Trust, Learning to Let Go, and Learning to Love Again, thanks to the man in my life who inspired the hero's character, but I added a little extra alpha and steam to Garrett.
Cynthia P. O'Neill Yes. There are two more books pending in that series. I'm not sure of when it will be published at this point, but do have plans to start writing it soon. My guess is maybe sometime toward the end of this year or sometime next year.
Cynthia P. O'Neill Thank you so much, Gail! I'm happy to hear that it was well received. I'm currently working on the second one, I Need You Now, which had the Prologue at the end of the first book to give a sampling. I'm hoping to launch it by the end of May, maybe earlier. Nate will be a bit more intense than Dane. ;-) The cover picture has already been purchased and we're going to be working on finalizing it soon. Thanks again for the kind words!
Cynthia P. O'Neill I'm sorry you were not able to get a copy. The whole Learning Series has been picked up by a publisher and is undergoing a transition at this time, so the current copies had to come down. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to you and other readers. I don't have any release dates yet, but as soon as I do, I'll be listing them on my Facebook and Twitter pages, website, blog, and here on Goodreads. The only thing available currently, are some printed copies I have on hand for an upcoming signing.
Cynthia P. O'Neill From an actual event that occurred outside my house. I worried about what had happened and ran through all the different scenarios as to why it happened in the first place and out of that, I had a new romance story to write. I'd like to tell you what happened, but then I'd be spoiling the story.
Cynthia P. O'Neill What ever you observe, dream about, or do, can potentially end up as a story. You are never limited.
Cynthia P. O'Neill A new Contemporary Romance series, a spin off novella to the Learning Series, and the third book in the Remembrance Series, which is Young Adult, Historical, and Paranormal Romance.
Cynthia P. O'Neill A recurring dream, over the course of eight years, that was inspired somewhat by true life and by fiction. The dream got more detailed until the point I finally decided, with my family's encouragement, to try my hand at writing.
Cynthia P. O'Neill You are only limited by the boundary of your imagination.
Cynthia P. O'Neill I read in the subject genre I'm writing in and I listen to songs that inspire that book. It helps me float back into the mindset of my characters and opens the block fairly quickly.
