I have been in the Software Development for the last 30 years. I have worked all over the world including 8 years in USA. At every organization I worked, my main job as their Manager is to make the team highly productive. For that I train the team members and guide & mentor them to become the best in their profession.
I shared all those practical ideas in my recent book "Teamwork & Indian Culture (A Practical Guide for working with Indians)". I have written this book in a story format. It was relatively easy for me to do so as the characters & the plot have come out of real-life (The imagination part is very less).

First, just like you, I think I have some unique (and great) ideas. The only way to test them out is by sharing with others. Once my ideas get some appreciation by the near & dear, I feel I should share them with the rest of the world.
Second, I want to earn more money. This is a very powerful motivation. Even though I have been thinking of publishing my ideas for last 20+ years, I could do that only recently because of the need for money. I realized my creative skills and energy increased many folds when I focused on earning more money.

Thanks Murthy for your comment. A Happy person can also aspire to be a rich person. A Happy person need not stay poor or denounce worldly things.

When one knows how to be Happy, he can take up any challenges. He can fight in the war without any concern about dying. He can try becoming rich without hurting others and himself; and by genuinely providing value. He can use every opportunity to motivate himself to add value. ...more

I am jotting down ideas for my next book. This is about "Happiness".
I decided to be happy at a very early age (around 22 yrs) after realizing the purpose of life. Since then I have been living happily every moment and I want to share those ideas with everyone.
I have published an article on Linkedin sharing my philosophy about being happy. See the link below

Hope it helps you increase your happy moments.

Just keep jotting down your ideas. Build the story around that even if they are in bits & pieces. Keep all that you have written down in safe place. Just keep writing.
When you have a real plot, you can use all the material that you have been writing. You can knit them together to make a piece.
And DO NOT worry about your language skills. What is important is the plot. You can hire and get help for the cleaning up the language errors. I am poor at English, but I have strong desire for communicating my ideas. I focus on doing that.

You can fancy achieving/doing things which you are unable to do in real life.

I stop thinking and take a break. Most of the thinking about the book happens while I drive to office & back (Due to the traffic congestion, I am forced to drive at an average speed of 20 kmph. And it takes 1 hour one way.)
