Natasha Ngan Hi Cat! Ahhh I'd love that but I've not heard anything from my publishers about that I'm afraid so I doubt there will be one :( if there is I'll be shouting about it!
Natasha Ngan Ahhh I wish! Nothing on that front yet but it would be a dream!
Natasha Ngan That's a very difficult question with no 'correct' answer. Every survivor of sexual abuse reacts in different ways; each situation is different; each moment you can swing from one end of the spectrum to the other. I wrote GIRLS from my own experiences with sexual abuse, so I suppose a bit of all the girls mixed together.
Natasha Ngan Many in my head, from MG to adult, and I hope to put them onto the page once GIRLS is done! <3
Natasha Ngan That's how I see the Steels mostly! I think growing up with a lot of manga and anime and animal-like species in Chinese mythology kind of got me used to imagining animal-like people. I see the Moon demons a bit like this: https://www.pinterest.co.uk/pin/15642...
Natasha Ngan Ah that's such a hard one! I think 'fire in, fear out'. It was a phrase that came totally unexpectedly but fits perfectly with Lei and her situation, and I've come to use it myself when I need a boost of courage!
Natasha Ngan Thank you, and yes! It should be out early next year.
Natasha Ngan I identify as queer :)
Natasha Ngan There will be but I can't say which yet!
Natasha Ngan Yes there are! They're being sent out now and I think you can request one via my publisher.
Natasha Ngan Hi! I don't know yet myself, but they've already been printed so it should be soon!
Natasha Ngan Hi! I certainly have, but nothing that will be published yet, more just character studies I was doing when playing with the concept back at the beginning of the process. But what I will say is, if you're after something from her perspective... wait for book three.
Natasha Ngan Absolutely! I'm a huge geography nerd (I studied it at uni) and am constantly inspired by the world around me :)
Natasha Ngan Hi! This is so great to hear! So, a) it's impossible to choose just one, but The Book Thief springs to mind the strongest when I think about this question, and b) ugh I get it ALL THE TIME. You just have to keep working around it. Sometimes that means stepping away from your work. Sometimes, especially on deadline, this isn't an option, so I just keep writing, keep dragging the words out no matter how awful it feels. Remind yourself that it doesn't have to be perfect. You'll change much in the edits anyway.

Good luck with your writing!
Natasha Ngan 4 months! Then many more of editing x
