Roland Denzel Clients and readers who see change as an insurmountable barrier. Those who wait for the perfect plan before even starting. We wanted to write a book where small, easy, simple changes added up to big impacts over time. We didn't get this way because of one big change. It was a lot of little things. That works the other way, too. The little positives add up!
Roland Denzel My non-fiction? I love to help people who don't love fitness. Sounds weird, I know, but the truth is that most people don't love exercise, and the fitness industry doesn't always get that. I write about health through better eating, movement, and mindfulness, not dieting, nutrition science, training, and working out. Sure, my work is based on science, but it's written for normal people, not just fitness fans.

Fiction. I haven't published any yet, but I get inspired by reading and watching what I want to write. Heroes, true love, love lost, unrequited love. And Selene, Tristan, Indiana Jones, Malcolm Reynolds, Supergirl, Robin Hood, and Han Solo.
Roland Denzel My side project is a little book on coffee. I love it. All of it. Diner coffee to third wave coffee. All coffee matters.

My main projects are:

1. A group program for people who want more coaching or handholding through our latest book's lessons.

2. A book to help other authors with their health. Writing is a wonderful thing, but a career sitting in front of a computer is tough on the body if you don't care for it. Luckily, it's not that hard if you know what to do!
Roland Denzel Get, have, or pay for a developmental editor to help guide your writing. If you just write and publish, it might take years to write the way people want to read. Genres have expectations, and if you stray too far, the book won't hit home for enough people.
Roland Denzel Write something else for a while. I have too many ideas, so there's always something.
