To write, which is everyone's response, so I'll ad to that. Learn to rewrite. Learn to edit your stories. Don't get frustrated at wading through all of the pages you've already written and making them better. This is what allows you to complete a project. It's good to get people to review your work for opinions, but you should not be sending them a first draft.

It's probably a bit mainstream, but I would go to Middle Earth and live among the elves of Rivendell as a musician or historian or poet. I don't see myself as much of a fighter, so that would be a great way to spend the years of my unnaturally long life.

I have a series of projects I am working on currently. First, I am working on a novel I started in 2013. Still working out the ending, then on to edits. It's a supernatural, urban fantasy. Secondly, I've been doing character studies for a new sci-fi detective mystery. My hopes are to have first drafts completed on both of these by the end of the year.
