Carol, you have wonderful qualifications - glad you are writing romance books. Congratulations and good luck in sales. I am new to Goodreads and just learning my way around. So I plan to follow you. Tell me what is your favorite book?

Carol Anne Dobson Hi Jane, Thank you. I have many favorite books, but from the ones that I have read in the last year I would have to pick 'Outlander' and 'The Martian' for fiction, and for non-fiction (which I read a lot) I would choose Simon Schama's 'Citizens', his chronological account of the French Revolution, which is witty, amusing and interesting, and which I finished reading last week.

Hi Carol, It is very nice to meet you here:) I am actually a Bulgarian living in Canada. I speak Russian, and for me also was a long time since I last have used it. Not many opportunities to practice it here. Maybe we can practice it here?

Actually my name is written in Cyrillic, which is the alphabet used in Bulgaria, Russia, some parts of former Yugoslavia, Ukraine and Belarus. The alphabet originated in Bulgaria in the 9th century. That was my small history lesson today for my new British friend :) What are you reading now?

Carol Anne Dobson I am in the middle of reading John le Carre's The Mission Song. However, I am currently visiting my daughter and grandchildren in Belgium, so I am not managing a lot of reading this week.
