Henry and Clare from Audrey Niffenegger's "The Time Traveler's Wife" - They love each other throughout time and have the unique chance to explore their love for each other at every stage of their lives. Wouldn't you love to time travel back and meet your partner when they were a child? Don't you think that would expand your understanding of that person? Henry and Clare are my favorite fictional couple because their journey together is so compelling.

I find listening to music jolts my imagination. Plus, I like to write in coffee shops and find I'm more productive when surrounded by activity. And caffeine helps me, too, of course.

On trying to decide what to write about for my second book, I came up with two ideas. I started writing both ideas and suddenly realized I could merge them. Since I haven't finished yet, I don't want to give away any details at this point - but I will say that it is tricky getting the two stories to play off each other. Here's hoping I can manage
