Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Tim Walker A visit to the ruins of a Roman town inspired me to research and write about what happened to the townsfolk when the Roman garrison marched out. Abandoned! is part one of a three part series.

How do you get inspired to write?
Tim Walker My novella is inspired by my views of the environment I live in and current affairs, and for pure escapism I delve into history.

What are you currently working on?
Tim Walker I'm editing my first novella...50,000 words and no title! As a sideline I'm researching the Battle of Baden Hill for part 2 of my 'Light in the Dark Ages' historical fiction series. It may be called 'Uther's Dilemma'...

Tim Walker Write what you want to write... It's all you.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Tim Walker I have two writing projects on the go and when I get bored or frustrated with one I switch to the other...alternatively, I read or make research notes.
