Oddly, I don't run into that much; it's more of a time crunch for me that keeps me from writing as much as I'd like. With the Ranch Hero books, the stories just appear in my head all of a sudden. Then, I make brief notes, and when the time comes to punch it out, I sit and do it till it's done, including my vision for the illustrations.
