Start something. It may be a line, an image. And don't stand over your shoulder, judging. Origination of writing should be done without judgement. Just let yourself go. You can always rewrite, move things around later, or (in old-fashioned parlance) crumple up the page and toss it.

Write daily. There is always something you can do. If not more copy, copy editing. And there's always the business side of writing: organizing, querying, etc.
