I'm working on my third book at the moment. It's still fueled by being a working mom, but will have a different twist to the format that I used for Please Tell Me I'm On Mute and Mommy Can We Have a Jellyfish? No release date for this new one as of yet.

I sit down every day at the same time and make sure I'm writing, even if it's just a few short paragraphs (interrupted every ten minutes by trying to get my son back to bed or asking him to stop biting the laptop or to stop opening and closing the blinds and lie down for the four hundredth time that night). Since my inspiration comes from the events in my life there is no shortage of fodder; just sometimes not enough time to get it all down!

I draw inspiration from my kids and from my daily life. This latest book is a collection of stories about the same. Some might say this is boring but I always find such humor in the every day stuff, and especially when you have kids, so much of what you experience is universal and other parents can relate as well.
