Right now I'm really digging Kara Danvers/Supergirl and James Olsen from Supergirl! But favorite all-time? Such a hard pick. So, so many. Anne and Captain Wentworth from "Persuasion," Phillip and Sorrel from Sarah M. Eden's "Friends and Foes," and can I say Verity and Maddie from "Code Name Verity"? ;) Too many to choose. Ask me again sometime and it will probably be different.

When I added DOUBLE PLAY, tacking on (Playing for Keeps #2) didn't look right--and it's not a series. The two are companion novels; it's not necessary to read PfK in order to understand what's happening in DOUBLE PLAY, although it's helpful. Thanks!

I got the idea for PLAYING FOR KEEPS while watching a documentary on BYU basketball player Jimmer Fredette. They were interviewing his girlfriend, and it got me thinking about what a normal girl would have to do to start dating someone famous like that. A few days later one of the later scenes in the book popped into my head. I wrote it down and everything flew on from there.
