L.G. Surgeson Stop 'aspiring' and write. The more you write the better you get. Reading is also vital, other people's stories strength you as a writer, they teach you phrasing, imagery, and what you believe makes a good story - and what you believe doesn't.
L.G. Surgeson My favourite fictional couple are Sam Vimes & Lady Sybil from the discworld novels by Sir Terry Prachett.
They are such a loving couple, individual and strong minded in different ways.
They indulge each other's little foibles and anticipate weaknesses. They are very real to me.

1. eat a whole bag of marshmallows sit down with laptop see what happens
2. Go out for a walk and not let yourself return home until you know what you're going to write next
3. If you can't start at the beginning start in the middle and patchwork it all together
L.G. Surgeson Having another life, another world in your head. Being able to create and escape and expand things as you want.
L.G. Surgeson I'm currently working on a novel entitled 'Rattatat' about a group of four street-brats and a con artist who set up and elaborate scam to steal from the rich and keep it for themselves.
