I am working on the next book related to Warder Born. It was originally Tower Torn, but that was only a working title. Therin the wizard and his sworn guards are hunting for a lost artifact that can destroy the universe if the wrong hands reach it first.

I listen to specific music to get the right mood. Wardruna has been my favorite as of late.

One time, a long while back, I was in the mountains of S. Dakota and found this amazing tower called Harney Peak. It is called Black Elk Peak now, but back then, it was Harney. It is mid winter, and I climbed the trail, all the way to the top. I spent a long time there, and felt that it was quite spiritual. I will remember that tower forever. I decided to use it in a book, so I am.
