I'm really sorry, the timing on this one is unfortunate. The books officially went out of print this month, and so the publisher have taken them down from all e-vendors just in the last few weeks. I am currently looking at my options with a few other publishers, but I'm also putting some serious thought into crowdfunding to release my own editions in e-book as well as print.

I'm so sorry to have such a disappointing answer! Having my rights back for these books is excellent in the long term but not great in the short term.
