So there's a story behind that feeling - I thought that maybe my publisher wouldn't extend the contract. If this was going to be the end, I wanted to end it where everyone was happy.
Well, it happened that my publisher did want to extend (Seven Secret Spellcasters comes out next summer and number 8 will follow in 2026.) I adjusted a few things but left some - like Christina and Levi's move to Oregon. Trent hasn't asked. But Grans is having a special party in the next book.

Hi Alex - Did you just finish Six Stunning Sirens? If yes, then you're going to be excited that there will be a #7 (Seven Secret Spellcasters) and #8 coming in the series. After that? That would be fun. I've always wanted to write Tori's story (by Cat Latimer.) I plotted it out once walking a mall with Laura Bradford then never got around to writing it.

Hi Pam - I'm happy to say we'll have at least 18 TT adventures. After that? It depends on my publisher. I love writing in the South Cove world so as long as readers like you pick up the new books, we'll be good. :)

You're right. It was a mistake. Killer is a Yorkie. I'll have to address that in the next book. I hope I found the mistake early enough to get it changed in Book 3.

Maybe. I'm not sure. I have amazing sisters who are in long term relationships that are very independent. Off the top of my head, I think I'm reacting to a feeling that marriage may change my character.
I guess we'll find out. Tourist trap is going that way as is Cat Latimer. Last year I was looking at writing several wedding cozies, so I had to pull back on a couple. Jill and Greg will tie the knot soon. We'll see how I work out that relationship to keep Jill's independent nature.

Hi Paige, Thank you for ordering the Tuesday Night Survivors'' Club for your library. Yes, the second (and third book) will be available in print as well. The POD process makes the print version available closer to release day (rather than being available for pre-order like a mass market book.)

Good Question Denise - Actual writing time is about two months, but then there's four rounds of edits that adds to this time. I'm typically juggling one to three books at the same time in different stages of production. I'm a discovery writer so I don't know the story until I tell it. Which sometimes leads to some interesting edits. Glad you're loving South Cove.
