It would be between Prythian in the ACOTAR series or Basgiath in the Fourth Wing Series.
Specifically, I'd want to go to the Night Court and visit Velaris or the Illyrians. It sounds like the best place to be. I'm a night owl and a city of starlight would be my ideal place to relax and write.
For Fourth Wing, it would be the war college, the dragons, and seeing it all first hand. Or riding a dragon... if I could stay seated.

This year it was the Fourth Wing Series by Rebecca Yarros. Just got my second half of the dramatized version of the audiobook and will be crocheting while I listen. I love this series.
