One author: Andre Norton because she wrote over 150 books in her lifetime. Music: Rush for the same reason -- 19 albums and many 'best of' compilations. One type of food: I'd say dark chocolate. I'd probably die of malnutrition but at least I'd enjoy the books and music.

What ever happened to the boy we adopted in 2003 from Thailand? We had to relinquish him to another family due to his RAD (reactive attachment disorder). Since then we've had little contact with his new family. They will not let us have a current photo of him. All we know is that he lives in a group home somewhere in NY. Sad but true event from my life.

Keep writing. Writing is a skill that you improve with practice. You also need a critique group to give you feedback on the readability of your work. Don't be so invested in your words that you aren't willing to revise. Writing is 1/4 original work and 3/4 revisions. Be humble enough to accept critique and make the changes you need to succeed.

I immediately thought of Slippery Jim diGriz, the Stainless Steel Rat, and his murderous wife Angelina, who is no angel! Harry Harrison's SSR series sparked my lifelong love of science fiction. I love his dry wit and quirky characters. Jim and Angelina were a force to be reckoned with, but the humor is what got me hooked.
