B.R. Kingsolver At this time, no new books are planned in that series. The fifth book was meant to be the conclusion.
B.R. Kingsolver Along with most writers, my own life is pretty boring. No mysteries.
B.R. Kingsolver All of my books are published as BR Kingsolver, but Goodreads also puts them under B.R. Kingsolver.
B.R. Kingsolver You'll have to contact the Goodreads librarians about this. I have a running argument with them that all my books should be listed under the BR Kingsolver author name, but they seem to put them wherever their whim is at the moment.
B.R. Kingsolver At this time, no new CA books are planned.
B.R. Kingsolver At this time, no new Dark Streets books are planned.
B.R. Kingsolver Knights Magica was released in audio March 16, 2021.
B.R. Kingsolver Both the Dark Streets series (3 books) and Rosie O'Grady's Paranormal Bar and Grill are available in audio. Amazon, Audible, iTunes, Kobo, Google Play and other outlets. Look for BR Kingsolver (no periods).
B.R. Kingsolver I'm so glad you enjoy the books. My best estimate for Dark Dancer is early August 2019. The best way to keep track of when my books will be released is to subscribe to my newsletter at either my website or facebook page.
B.R. Kingsolver Actually, I have written a science fiction/science fantasy space opera. My editor and a couple of other people I trust say that it needs considerable revision before it's ready for publication. It has sat on the back burner for the past two years, but I haven't forgotten about it. I just need to find the time to revisit it.
B.R. Kingsolver Barbara and I are cousins, though we've never met. I actually grew up in Santa Fe and still have a home in Albuquerque, though I've lived in Baltimore the past ten years. We do write very different types of stories.
B.R. Kingsolver Probably to Robert Heinlein's Future History, which basically started with Methuselah's Children. It's in the future, interstellar travel with lots of interesting places to go and see and the characters have unlimited lifespans. The most attractive thing is how Heinlein sees an optimistic future where mankind learns from his mistakes and builds a better society.
B.R. Kingsolver Yes. I'm currently working on a high fantasy trilogy. As soon as I finish book one, I'll write the fourth Libby book, then do the second book in the high fantasy trilogy.

I think that by breaking out of Libby's world for a while, I'll be able to approach the next book with a fresh attitude. Look for the fourth CA book the end of 2017 or early 2018.
B.R. Kingsolver That is a really difficult question to answer. I immediately thought of my favorite books, but I wouldn't want to be in many of them. Who would want to live on Dune?

I would like to be in a world where space travel was a common thing and I could explore new worlds with the possibility of meeting another sentient race.

B.R. Kingsolver I just call it the Chameleon Assassin Series, which is the name of the first book. The second book is Chameleon Uncovered, and the third book will be Chameleon's Challenge.
