What are you currently working on?

Ted Rabinowitz I'm currently working on an urban/contemporary fantasy called "Conjure Man." It's set in a New York where the glamor profession isn't media or finance, but sorcery.

At the same time, I'm writing the sequel to "The Wrong Sword" because, hey, I like to suffer.

Will you be writing more sci-fi? I read "The Dog of Woo." I enjoyed it as much as my favorite authors. You have a compelling writing style and the atmosphere and world you build resonates with me. I want to read more of your work.

I have signed up to receive information on your web site. Oh boy I have to wait until 2017---how can you do that to an old woman? I am 65 years young now and I guess by now I have learned that waiting could be a blessing---just joking with you about the waiting. I am 65--I just had a birthday on December 2nd. I really do like your book the Wrong Sword. Good luck with future sales and happy holidays.

How do you get inspired to write?

Ted Rabinowitz I long ago gave up on inspiration. If you wait on inspiration, you're an amateur. If you don't wait, you're a professional.

And if you never have to wait, you're a natural genius, and I hate you like Salieri hated Mozart.
