How do you get inspired to write?
R.L. Swihart Not a problem. Reading, conversation, experience, travel. All add up to a poem now and then.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
R.L. Swihart I rarely have it. Maybe when I'm older? Maybe when I'm retired? If I have constant stimuli (reading, friends, family, travel, work), I usually find things to write about. (Not saying it's all good.:))

What are you currently working on?
R.L. Swihart I write poetry. Almost exclusively (I'm discounting stuff I have to do for school -- I teach math & engineering). Ergo, I get input all the time, and I jot down whatever I come across. Sometimes it's a mental note. Most of the time I use the note-keeper on my smartphone.
