Unfortunately, I'm stuck on marketing right now. Not what I want to do, but a necessary part of being an author. Especially if your book gets good reviews and mine did. My review in Library School Journal really helped sell my book to libraries. Having a niche market is important with non-fiction.

Just keep writing. Since I am doing non-fiction projects, it's easier to pick a topic I need to research and just write about it.
