Grow a thick skin. You will need it for rejection letters and snarky reviews.

I would go to Hogwart's, and I would study Defense Against the Dark Arts.

Ooh. Now I'd like to go to Hogwart's too...and be a good guy. What a fun world. Except for all the killing, of course!

The three books I want to make sure to read this summer are:
The Signature of All Things, by Elizabeth Gilbert
Are You My Mother, by Allison Bechdel
and A Walk in the Woods, by Bill Bryson
but I'm sure I'll be reading more than these.

I'm the founder of Lost & Found Ohio Pets on Facebook, and learned pretty quickly that when people lose a pet they are usually so distraught that they don't know where or how to mobilize to find her. "Finding Fido" spells everything out. And because I didn't think it was right to make money off of other people's misery, all of the proceeds go directly to The Beagle Freedom Project; a 501c3 that rescues laboratory dogs.
