P.C. Parn Read and write. There are lots of other things you can do that are specific to your needs as an individual, but if there are two universal rules to being a writer, it's that you need to read and write.
P.C. Parn I sit down and write, even when I don't want to. It may not feel like getting I'm being carried away by a creative wind, but in the end it makes me a better writer.
P.C. Parn I read and go on adventures. It's as easy as that. I spend a lot of time outside as well. It's good to feel the sun on your face, and the wind on your skin.

Parn I was reading the science section of BBC news a couple of years ago, and came across an article on an interesting phenomenon regarding planetary movement that scientists were just beginning to acknowledge. I won't give away what that type of movement is, but I thought, Now wouldn't that be an interesting setting for a book?
