E. Sabbag Right now, I'm working on the sequel to my murder mystery "Workshop 'Til You Drop." So I'd say the couple in that book, Rex Barker and Angelica, are my favorite fictional couple. They have both grown since Workshop and I can't wait to see what adventures they encounter next.
E. Sabbag Thank you for the support, Allyson! Really glad you liked it. And yes, there's a follow up... Rex and Angelica are paired once again, with Angelica taking a more active role. Will keep you posted :)
E. Sabbag To avoid writer's block I keep several projects in play at any given time. That way, if I get stuck or I just don't want to work on a particular novel, I switch to another one. A danger in this approach is that I can lose track of ideas, so I discipline myself to write down anything that comes to me and store them in files on my computer. The hardest part is finding the files when I get back to a project!
E. Sabbag I decided to take a break from fiction and selected an idea from Harlequin: "Write a book of at least 20,000 words analyzing/critiquing an aspect of popular culture." Since I'm a rabid fan of ABC's sitcom, "modern family," I chose that show as my focus. By the time I'd completed the book, Harlequin had dropped the imprint and was no longer accepting submissions. I liked my creation, so I employed 99Designs.com to create the fabulous cover art and, et voila - "A View of Modern Family!" Available on Amazon as an eBook and paperback.
