But WHY is the answer "probably never"?
Brandon Seifert Unfortunately I can't go into that. (If I could, I would've already!) We really, really tried had to make another volume happen. But multiple things happened, all of them deal-breaking, It was my choice to step away from the project — so if you want to blame someone, please blame me instead of my collaborators or my publisher! It was a very hard decision to make, but the years since made it clear to me that I made the right choice.
