Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Adam Friedlander The Power of Habits, by Charles Duhigg, included a fascinating interview with Paul O'Neill that inspired me to write this book. I interviewed Mr. O'Neill and several other industry leaders. Rather than focusing on simply reducing costs, this book focuses on the human and organizational benefits of safety and the consequential improvements in productivity and profits.
