Hey Jerold,
Thanks... glad you liked Mr Thursby!
I had a lot of fun writing this one... and I do have sequel in mind, but the book did not do as well as I'd hoped. Very few reviews on Amazon, sadly. You are right though, there's more to tell!

A new moon on All Hallows’ Eve meant darkness for all, except for those in the pumpkin patch. We could see the eerie orange glow as they rose from the ground, standing now to eye level, staring at us-- then the low screaming began.

I love this question!
Of course, the answer is Sand City...
I travel there every single day.
What do I do?
I meddle in the lives of its inhabitants.

A difficult question to be sure.
It wouldn't be the time I took an axe to my mother and buried her in the backyard among the petunias... Nor the time after that when the nosy neighbor's house inexplicably burned to the ground. Maybe it was during that around-the-world-cruise when my fellow passengers began to disappear after shuffleboard... No... I'd have to say the biggest mystery was finding out why my Grand Cayman bank account had already been emptied of its funds.

One of these days I will buy myself a watch with a calendar built in. But mystery solved: Now I know how 2005 vintage showed up on at my door in 2003... I was not a big fan of Austrian wines until now. Thank you! The paper bag was a nice touch as well... I'm quite inconspicuous laying here in the gutter.

How I wish this was so!
The curtain is still drawn... just came out for a peek. (I am actually taking care of my aged mum three days a week now and it's slowing things down.)

All my ideas are from history. The past is rife with quirky events that could have gone one way or another... I came upon the actual story of how FDR was very nearly assassinated... And then, how he survived a failed fascist coup. How different the world might be had things gone just a bit differently!

I find this question rather odd. I have no answer.

I am quite far along with my second Tractus Fynn mystery novel. The first draft is all but complete. I have an end-of-summer deadline looming now. The dog days of revising, rewriting and proofreading lie ahead.

Hooking up with those few readers who actually "get" your work. Glorious is the feeling when they are fully attuned to the story, the humor and the subtly. Next best thing? Physically holding your book in print!

Quietness. I need to shut off the real world completely for some extended period of time.

Write every day no matter what. Recall your dreams in the morning, keep a journal, a blog, or whatever... but do put down a few words each day. If you suddenly do feel the urge to write, it's important to put everything else aside. This is the sacrifice you must make.
