You can play God in a manner of speaking. You create characters. What happens to those characters is totally up to you. I can kill off a character (for me I must have a good reason to do so). I can do anything I want with my characters. It's great power even if the characters are fictional.

I revisit characters I've written about. I've never completely explored a character -- peeled back all the layers. By revisiting them an idea for a plot will reveal itself.
