I think I've always had a desire to write a dessert themed book! After writing my first 2 books, which cover all types of dishes from breakfast to dinner, a book exclusively focused on dessert seemed to be a natural next step for me.
I'm a big fan of dessert and it's the one thing I yearn for most when I'm out and about; it's so hard to find decent desserts that cater to someone with celiac disease. So, I decided to create a collection of recipes for those of us who deal with dietary restrictions but still crave sweets! This is a book of desserts that is suitable for all types of diets including gluten-free, soy-free, vegan, corn-free, refined-sugar free and even bean-free!
