I'm finishing up Martha's Notebook: A Zombie Apocalypse Trilogy, I'm writing the plot points for the second and third book in the trilogy along with two additional books to follow the trilogy. In the little free time I have I'm working on a couple animated screenplays.

The best thing about being a writer is being able to look back at a finished book and realizing there's a story out there for others to enjoy that came entirely from your imagination. It's a very special feeling and it happens with every book I release.

I deal with writer's block by listening to music. Anytime I'm stuck on a situation in a story, I listen to my "Writing" playlist that is filled with several different genres from rap, to punk, to country, to pop and let my mind wander while I'm listening to the lyrics. That usually does the trick.

Just write. Whether it's good or bad, you can always learn and grow. Half of a poor idea could change as you're writing it down and blossom into the best thing you've ever written.
