When I finally came to, I saw my body covered in blood. As I looked around I realized I'd be better off dead, just like everyone else was in the world that ceased to exist.

As a Game of Thrones fan, I'd go to George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire worlds. My biggest wish would be to fly on a dragon.

September 2015 at the latest, hopefully earlier, more like summer 2015. I am currently writing both Recklessly and the second book of Bring Me Back. Both stories grabbed me so much, I could not stay away from either. Any suggestions about the cover for book 2? Thanks for asking, Tina!

I just published two books in one week. Recklessly Yours is the first book of a new series called Diary of a French Girl. It's a new adult erotic romance book and I love this genre. I always wanted to write a series in this genre and being originally from Europe myself, I thought it'd be interesting if my character, Giselle, also came from Europe. I wrote it in the form of a diary because I didn't see many new adult books written in this format.
My second book, Choking Game, was inspired by a real-life tragedy. A few years ago my teenage daughter lost a friend to this senseless "game"... It was heartbreaking and when I watched the outpour of sadness and emotions on Facebook, I realized I would write a book inspired by this tragedy.

I don't know. I do not "think up" or "make up" a story. I do not write on demand. I only write when I have this relentless urge to write. Then I sit down and start typing. A sentence becomes a paragraph, a paragraph becomes a page, and a page sometimes becomes a book .... I suppose my inspiration comes from my own life experience and from somewhere "out there"...even though I have no idea what the "out there" is...

A new adult erotic romance book that's entirely in prose and verse. I love rhyming here and there....

Never take yourself too seriously and don't write because you want to be the next J.K. Rowling or Suzanne Collins. Write because you simply have to, because it's something that comes straight from your heart. And, by all means, get a professional editor to edit your work, if you're thinking about self-publishing!

You get to create your own world and while you write, you get to experience it, be a part of it, make it any way you want it to be. My favorite quote by George R.R. Martin is, "A reader lives a thousand lives. Those who never read live only one." Something like that... And that's what I mean. Being a writer, you can live the lives of your characters and that's the best part of it!

I don't write "on demand"... Every book I've written so far came naturally, without as much as an outline. I'd only sit down to write when I feel it is right and I have something meaningful, something that'll keep the story going strong. Most of the time, I kept writing until the manuscript was finished. And the few times I felt like it was going nowhere, I saved the file and forgot about it. One of those saved and forgotten files later became a movie script when I realized it was a lot better script than a book. So, I don't think of it as a writer's block. I think of it as time to step back and reflect.
