The inspiration for my most recent book originated from an incident described in my memoir. This true event served as the catalyst for writing my historical novel, "Busting Timothy Leary." It presented a fantastic opportunity for me to explore the turbulent 1960s in depth. The book will be released in a few months.

In my case, the inspiration just came on its own, and then I couldn't stop. Sometimes, I wake up in the middle of the night and right. I'm almost done with my second book, a historical novel set in the 1960s called "Busting Timothy Leary." But I don't know if I have another book in me.

It's based on an actual event, which I covered in my memoir. I'm very happy with how it's turning out, and I've learned so much from writing it. It should be released around April 2025.

Write your stories. Don't worry about publishing or marketing—just write. Get the basic story down, and then you can refine it later. I use Microsoft Word, which has a Read Aloud feature that helps me edit. I also use Grammarly Pro, which catches spelling and punctuation errors.

I don't fret about it. Worrying only intensifies writer's block. I waited it out, and it has not failed me yet.

When I'm inspired, my creative juices flow. Sometimes, I get up in the middle of the night to write. It's a great feeling, but unfortunately, there are dry periods, but I don't let that get me down.
