Arch Grieve Having struggled with bipolar disorder for my entire adult life (and most of that time without knowing it), I was inspired to write this book after helping a number of my friends learn how to navigate the illness. I also want to give hope to those who see a bipolar diagnosis as a life sentence and help them understand that you can do more than get by with the illness - you can thrive in it by capitalizing on the unique ways of thinking that bipolar people possess.
