Hunter Snow Hi Olivia! Enemies-to-lovers is hands-down my favorite trope. I knew from the start that I wanted the FMC to be a rock star and the MMC to be a country star—and everything else unfolded from there. It was really important to me that Jamie had a strong character arc and showed real growth throughout the story. And Clayton? He’s my favorite character I’ve written so far. I had way too much fun with him.

Anyplace on the net where one can hear you sing?
Hunter Snow My mother doesn't even want to hear me sing! Lol. I worked in the business side of the music industry. I can't sing my way out of a paper bag. But I took piano lessons for eight years and can play terribly :)

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Hunter Snow I swim or take a shower. I don't know why water unblocks me, but it does. Really, just step away from the computer and amazing things will happen.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Hunter Snow You get to decide everything! I love being surprised when I write. Like, I didn't know the MC was going to do that! I know it sounds strange, but if you don't write the story, you won't find out how it ends.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Hunter Snow Seems simple enough, but just write. Writing is the easy part. Editing kills you.

What are you currently working on?
Hunter Snow I'm working on another rock 'n' roll romance! I love the enemies to lovers trope. And this one is going to be based in Nashville and the country music scene.

How do you get inspired to write?
Hunter Snow Anything and everything! I have so many ideas in my head (and always a notebook). If you've ever said something interesting or funny to me, I'll probably put it in a book one day :)

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Hunter Snow I really liked the idea of a crush turning into something more, but I couldn't find the book I was looking for so I decided to write it myself.
