At the time, we still lived in the Highlands of North Carolina. There are many Scots-Irish descendants. My husband also, being Scottish inspired me to set my second travel mystery in Scotland. I carried through the theme from the first novel by centering the story around the legend of Cailleach, a Celtic goddess.
