M.P. Kozlowsky Thanks for the question. The sequel is coming out by the end of this year. So much is going to be answered in that book. Right now, the first book has been rereleased on Amazon with a preview chapter of FROST IN THE BATTERY. Make sure to grab a copy.
M.P. Kozlowsky Yes! It's finally happening! I will be rereleasing Frost with a sneak peek of the first chapter of the sequel. Then, if all goes according to plan, Frost in the Battery will be out sometime toward the end of the year. Stay tuned. And thanks for keeping the hope alive, and for your enthusiasm. Please spread the word!
M.P. Kozlowsky I'm hoping to release it within the next year. But more importantly, thank you for reaching out. Art and literature are about connection, and I hope to connect with all my readers either through Goodreads or my website www.mpkozlowsky.com. Let's build a strong community. To everyone: please reach out. I love hearing from you.
M.P. Kozlowsky No release date yet. Sorry. Lot of obstacles in the way right now. One day...
M.P. Kozlowsky Thanks for the enthusiasm! I'm probably going to give the book another six months or so, until the end of the year, and then maybe I'll get it out there. In the meantime, please tell everyone you know to check out FROST. Link them to Goodreads or Amazon or my website at mpkozlowsky.com. And don't forget five star ratings on all sites go a very long way. Thanks again!
M.P. Kozlowsky Thank you for the kind words! As I stated previously, the sequel is finished, and it's amazing. However, Scholastic could always use some convincing. A petition is a great idea. If not, I'm considering whether I should make a Kickstarter or perhaps self publish the book. All thoughts and ideas are welcome. Thanks again.
M.P. Kozlowsky I would have to say yes.
M.P. Kozlowsky I wanted to show what it meant to be human, that it wasn't about skin or appearance; it's our actions, our humanity, and it can come from anywhere. She might not be flesh and blood anymore, but she's certainly human.
M.P. Kozlowsky Thank you so much! The sequel is still kicking around. I think we need as many people as possible to let Scholastic know we demand a sequel. Time to rally the troops.
M.P. Kozlowsky Ugh, I'm dying here too. I'll promise you this: if I can't get it published in the near future I'll publish it myself, and a third to boot. Thanks for reading; it keeps me going.
M.P. Kozlowsky I'm glad you're enjoying the book. As of now there are no plans to release the sequel. It's in Scholastic's boat but I think they still need some convincing. Hopefully one day. The sequel is terrific.
M.P. Kozlowsky I'm so glad you were moved by my book. I'm dying to release the sequel, but it seems I've hit a wall with Scholastic. Unless sales really begin to pick up I'm afraid it might never happen - a shame, too, because part two is even better and wilder than the first. We're going to have to tell everyone we know about this book and get as many 5 star reviews on Goodreads and Amazon as we can. Let's do it!
M.P. Kozlowsky The next book, if it is ever published, is tentatively titled FROST IN THE BATTERY. Romes does not die and, as for Flynn, let's just say he goes through A LOT.
M.P. Kozlowsky Thank you for the message; it means a lot. I have the second book sitting right here on my computer and it's really exciting, but I'm afraid Scholastic might need more convincing. Help me get the word out about FROST and hopefully something will happen soon. Thanks!
M.P. Kozlowsky Yes, there is a sequel to FROST. It's called FROST IN THE BATTERY, and I've already written it. However, if I will ever publish it remains to be seen.
M.P. Kozlowsky I've written a sequel to FROST, but I'm not sure if I will publish it. I'm currently writing a fantasy novel akin to NARNIA and THE NEVER-ENDING STORY, while my two previous books are JUNIPER BERRY and THE DYERVILLE TALES.
M.P. Kozlowsky I think, for most writers, the book they are most proud of and would recommend first is whatever book they are currently working on. (We like to believe we improve with each book.) With that being said, of my available books, I would probably recommend FROST first (it has a good pace and plenty of twists and cliffhangers), though some readers might find JUNIPER BERRY more rewarding on a different level - it's more classic. THE DYERVILLE TALES, however, may just be an undiscovered gem. I really believe that people might be surprised by the turns that book takes. It's a middle grade book with some very mature themes.
M.P. Kozlowsky No tentative date yet, I'm afraid - though so far the writing is coming along much to my liking. However, before any sequel is released, there may be a different sort of surprise in the world of FROST. Stay tuned.
M.P. Kozlowsky Great to see! Thank you for warming my heart on this ice cold night. I'm constantly writing - a FROST sequel is nearly complete. There might even be a few other books appearing soon as well. Stay tuned.
